Updated Menu Screen

New menu screens for how to play and settings. In the new settings screen you can change difficulty and turn off music. The how to play screen show a brief description of the basic controls and tell you what each of the fruits do.

Difficulty Progression

There is now 3 difficulty settings toi choose from. Each setting speeds up at a different rate to help new player get used to the game and the hard mode challenges experienced player.
